VP, Consumer Health and Ease of Use with the Arthritis Foundation

With more than 25 years in the non-profit industry Deb is an Innovative Strategic Leader who is mission centered and drives outcomes through integrated strategies. She can identify opportunities, foresee barriers, and implement plans to complete company objectives.
Currently she is the Vice President Consumer Health and Ease of Use with the Arthritis Foundation, and she oversees the Ease of Use Certification licensing program. The Ease of Use program certifies products and packages that have been independently tested through both lab and human factor evaluations and are proven to be easier to use for people with arthritis, chronic pain, and limited functionality.
Deb was recognized as one of the 2023 Top 50 Women Leaders in Nonprofits by Women We Admire; she is a successful leader and strategic visionary who drives cross functional collaborations resulting in achievement and growth of organizational goals. Deb’s proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships allows her to engage with people from all levels of society which also allows her to expand her perspectives.
Deb has presented at many leadership workshops for women and has had the fortunate experience of being supported by many women throughout her career. She currently resides in Lincoln, Nebraska, spends her time with family, running, cycling, being outdoors, and serving her community.
